Ferryhill Ladder Centre

We are a charity based in Ferryhill County Durham providing services for the Ferryhill, Chilton, West Cornforth and Bishop Middleham areas. We have a commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of those resident in our area and reducing health inequalities. We offer support to those who are historically amongst some of the furthest away from engaging in physical activity and would not normally be able to access services and activities without support. We offer free Walking Football, fully supervised Gym and Fitness sessions, Seated Exercise and guided Health Walks.
