Mainsforth Amateur Boxing

Head coach Richard O’Neill opened Mainsforth Amateur Boxing club in November 2022 under England Boxing affiliation. He was a successful Amateur and Pro boxer and stopped competing back in 2020. Since that time he has been coaching adults and children at Mainsforth gym with the help of fellow coaches, Ashley Anderson, Adrian Bowmer and Sean Ferguson. The gym is helping people in the community massively and we just want to see the club continue to grow for future generations to come. Promoting fitness and a healthy lifestyle is very important in the community and a much needed place in our area where there is very limited opportunities.. we also have 2 more new coaches on board now as well Anthony railton & David dent .
