Derwentside and Gateshead ASC

Derwentside ASC are affiliated to the Northumberland and Durham ASA, and the ASA North Eastern Region. Swimmers aged from 9 yrs old compete locally, regionally, and nationally in both individual and team events. In addition, it is also the lead Performance Club in County Durham.

For some, their first experience of competitive swimming is through Junior league, a team event consisting of male and female teams in age groups ranging from 9yrs old to 12 yrs old.
