By registering for Club Durham and accessing the support services available, I declare that: (a) I am a representative of the Club and am responsible for its management and organisation; (b) the purpose of my receiving the training from Club Durham, or any service provider appointed by Club Durham partners to provide services, is to enable me to run the Club to ensure that it is part of a widened network of successful sports clubs that is able to meet current challenges; (c) I am over 16 years of age; (d) I have read these terms and conditions in connection with the Club Durham programme and will not do anything to put the Club in breach of these terms and conditions; (e) I will comply with all reasonable instructions of Club Durham, or any service provider appointed by The Club Durham Partnership.
