Alpha Boxing Gym

Unleash your potential in our main boxing class, open to all skill levels from beginners to experienced. Build strength, fitness, improve, endurance and master boxing techniques. In a supportive and dynamic environment, from bag work to pads, group drills, this class combines fitness and technique. We offer children’s classes and classes for SEND children.

Durham Community Tennis Partnership (DCTP) is a dynamic initiative dedicated to fostering a vibrant tennis community within Durham and its surrounding areas. Committed to making tennis accessible, enjoyable, and beneficial for people of all ages and abilities, DCTP collaborates with local organizations, clubs, schools, and individuals to promote the sport’s growth and development.

At DCTP, we believe in the power of tennis to enhance physical fitness, mental well-being, and social connections. Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to create inclusive opportunities for everyone to engage in tennis, regardless of background or experience level.

Consett Eagles RLFC

The club offers free competitive sports for both girls and boys all summer long. Season runs March to September.
The entire club train on Wednesday nights at Consett rugby club, and we play competitive Rugby every Saturday in the North-East Rugby League.
We understand that not everyone wants to play competitively, and we are open to anyone that wishes to just come down and have fun, whilst getting fit.
We plan to expand into senior and social rugby. Offering touch, walking and masters’ rugby in the next few years.
