Peterlee Cricket Club

Peterlee Cricket Club is an amateur community cricket club based in Peterlee, County Durham, England. It’s a long-standing grassroots sports club with a strong local presence and a focus on participation across all ages and abilities.

Peterlee Cricket Club play in the Durham Cricket League.

We run eight teams, U11, U13, U15 and U18 junior sides, our academy team Peterlee Casuals, and a 1st XI, 2nd XI, and 3rd XI.

We have played cricket at Helford Road since the late 1960s, and we are open to anyone regardless of age, gender, age, or ability to come along and play.

Durham East coast fc

Newly established club with 1 team initially in June 2025. The team will be competing in the Russell foster league at under 12’s from September 2025

Peterlee Town FC

Peterlee Town Football Club is affiliated with Durham FA and based in Peterlee. We pride ourselves on inclusivity and delivering the best training to young players looking to learn and play football.

We develop our players using five pillars of Teamwork, Discipline, Fitness, Leadership and Respect. This strategy helps our players develop important social skills. The result is: Truly Amazing People.

We are looking to develop and expand to open safe opportunities to everyone in Peterlee and the surrounding areas; regardless of age, gender, race or disability and this is reflected in our Club Mission and Club Vision Statements.

PULSE Netball Club

1) Peterlee Junior and Adult netball Club: aim to deliver all sessions on offer from England Netball. We aim to have people fit from the age of 8 – 80!
2) Our partnership working is with ‘The Clarke Lister Brain haemorrhage Netball league’ established for 35 years. we are the only league in Peterlee serving the local surrounding villages and further afield.
