Burnopfield Cricket Club

We have three senior teams which play in the North East Premier League, and four junior teams (Under 11’s, Under 13’s, Under 15’s and Under 18’s) who play in the Tyneside section of the Durham Cricket Board Junior League. We are hoping to expand teams to include a ladies team over the next few years.

Melvin Betts; Level 4 Coach and ex-Durham County player has been engaged as Director of Coaching and will be responsible for all team and junior coaching matters within the Club.

The Club is fully licensed and everyone is welcome. There is a large function room which is available for use free of charge (*) for your private events and a separate club bar with fantastic northern views overlooking the Derwent Valley and the Northumberland hills.
