Fishburn Community Football Club

We are a community-based football club that aims to promote healthy living and teamwork through the beautiful game of football. Our club is open to players of all skill levels and ages, and we offer a variety of teams and programs to suit the needs of our members.

East Durham Lions Basketball Club

Club is based in 2 facilities in Easington at Wellfield School and East Durham College. Club runs sessions for 5-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-19 senior men and women sessions. We enter teams into the Durham Basketball Association League with teams in Division 1,2,3 and Junior U18 league. In conjunction with Teesside Mohawks/ Durham we enter teams into an U11 and U14 league as well. In 2016/17 we are entering a team into the EB U14 National League.

Sedgefield Squash Club

We are an established Club who tries to develop members to become coaches and further promote the sport to people in the Sedgefield and surrounding communities.
We have just spent over £30,000 refurbishing the existing facilities and are currently asking Durham Planning team to accept our revised drawings for a 3rd Court – – previous drawings agreed, but cost is proving prohibitive so the new drawings will hopefully reduce the cost by about £100,000 so essential we gain their support.
